Planning, Dispositions & Concessions, and Zoning & Franchises Committees Public hearing before the Planning, Dispositions & Concessions, and Zoning & Franchises committees on Columbia University's proposal to expand onto 17 acres of Manhattanville. The plan would require the condemnation of thriving businesses, like Tuck-It-Away Storage and Hudson North American, who do not want to sell to the private school. This is the last opportunity for the public to testify on this abusive plan before the full City Council votes.
