According to the website, these principles include respect and integrate with surrounding neighborhoods, a transportation plan that works, affordable housing that meets the community’s needs and involving the public in a meaningful way.The website indicates the acceptance of an arena on the site and does not list abuse of eminent domain as one of the clear principals the project must address.
This is a clear conflict to DDDB’s principals, whose spokesperson Daniel Goldstein lives in the footprint of the project and who has vowed a lengthy court fight on the eminent domain issue.
