City Planning Favors Ratner Project - Passing Grumble At Tubby ‘Ms. Brooklyn’

Among the Planning Commission’s more controversial decisions was their support for the size of the planned 620-foot “Ms. Brooklyn” building at the Atlantic/Flatbush Avenue intersection.Some have criticized the building, which if built would tower over the borough’s current largest building at 1 Hanson Place, which stands at 512 feet.
