Random_person told Daily Heights: "We were walking down the Flatbush Street Festival on Sunday and ran into Tish James... she said James Caldwell 'banned' her from the Community Council meetings at the 77th Precinct, and said he would throw her out if she tried to show up."[Oh yeah... in addition to being the CEO of BUILD, Caldwell also happens to be the President of the 77th Precinct's "Community Council," which is supposed to be some sort of interface between NYPD and "The Community."]
