STERN HAND GAVE NETS MARV PUSH

NBA Commish Stern played matchmaker in the Marv Albert-YES! deal, by pointing out to Ratner that bringing the Brooklyn-born play-by-play man on board would help with the Nets move to Brooklyn.

NoLandGrab: Been wondering why Ratner has been going around touting the Brooklyn connection? He's obviously more impressionable than most Brooklynites if he buys that sports-marketing swill.
