Eminent domain, still being discussed in editorial pages and letters

More than a week after the Supreme Courts heard the oral arguments in the case of Kelo v. New London, local editorial pages are still sounding the clarion call that eminent domain causes great pain and suffering to local communities. The continuing coverage in the New London daily, The Day, illustrates a community who is deeply troubled by events in their city.

The Day, Letter to the Editor: Courts Must Halt the Abuse of Eminent Domain
The Washington Post: Fort Trumbull Case Of Interest To All Homeowners
Lebanon Daily News: Property ruling of supreme importance
The Washington Times: Property-gobbling cities
The Fullerton College Hornet: What's Yours is Mine
