There's a separate note on the page that says "this is a free event," which doesn't comport with "$70 at the door." But it does feature an executive from Forest City Ratner, home of "15,000 construction jobs," "2,250 units of affordable housing" and "the arena will open in 2006," which might explain the oxymoronicness.
