Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz plans to join Bruce Ratner on a trip to China to help the developer gain low-cost financing in exchange for green cards: 498 of them.
...My question to Markowitz's office, yet unanswered:
How will this investment create jobs?
I don't think it can.
