Caption Contest | What Are They Saying?

Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg had Jay-Z over for breakfast at Gracie Mansion this morning. Also at the table were the developer Bruce C. Ratner and the Russian oligarch Mikhail D. Prokhorov. Presumably the main topic of conversation was Atlantic Yards and/or the Nets. But who knows? Perhaps you have an idea.
