A coalition of city residents who oppose the use of eminent domain in development (ie: Atlantic Yards, Columbis University expansion etc.) braved the heat yesterday to demonstrate on the City Hall steps and mark the second anniversary of the US Supreme Court's Kelo v. NoLandGrab: That's ABUSE not USE of eminent domain, but who's counting. And there ain't no blackout like a media blackout.
