“They [ESDC] seemed to have rushed the FEIS and in that rush, have left things out that have legally set back the timetable that they prefer,” said Develop Don’t Destroy Brooklyn (DDDB) spokesperson Daniel Goldstein.“This means there is a strong possibility it won’t come before the PACB before the next administration,” he added, referring to when the Governor-elect Eliot Spitzer takes office on Januray1.
