Atlantic Yards Showdown:Opponents debate merits of massive downtown plan
Courier-Life covers the Women in Housing and Finance sponsored forum, entitled ‘Affordable Housing and the Atlantic Yards Development’:
Lander did ask a tough question of Carponter, being that if the DDDB lawsuit is successful, wouldn’t that leave open the possibility the Atlantic railyards site would continue to remain fallow as it has for decades?Carponter replied that she believed a successful lawsuit would open the door to the DDDB plan and other possible developers.
