The Brooklyn Daily Eagle exposes the MTA bid as specious...only a "formality"? Smells like a lawsuit...:
As Ratner awaits the MTA’s decision on his bid for the Atlantic Rail Yards, just another formality on the path to bringing big-time pro sports back to Brooklyn for the first time since the Dodgers left town in 1957, Thorn and Stefanski will continue to reshape his image as owner.It’s already a much prettier picture than the one he entered last season with.
