Understanding of a Memo

The Downtown Brooklyn Star explains the easy way to keep up with the Atlantic Yards Proposal:

So Brooklyn is now back to its accustomed obscurity from the citywide dailies. But if you weren’t able to enjoy the headlines while they lasted, keep reading the news anyway. Just switch the J’s to N’s and when you see pictures of railroad tracks, close your eyes and imagine Atlantic Avenue instead of the Hudson River. Everything else will fall into place. It’s a fight between millionaires, with the government pretending to be neutral, and plenty of regular folk crying foul.
