FOOD COURT FLOP
Come one, come all to Ratner's 42nd Street Cafe! Actually, don't, since there are no doors. Part of it closed and part of it never opened. But feel free to make an offer because it's up for lease.
If Ratner can't make a profit on a food court in Times Square between two movie theaters and a wax museum, what are we hoping for with 17 skyscrapers in Prospect Heights? It's ok, though, if the project tanks we can always use his patented "Saran Wrap" technique and no one will notice...
